What happens if your stolen car is found after insurance has paid for it?
Stolen car insurance – My friend had a beautiful 1986 Buick Grand National. A real hot rod and he loved it. It was stolen from the parking lot at the court house where he worked. He received a check from the insurance company and cashed it.
A year later he saw a kid driving his car near the Court House. My friend called the police and they caught the kid. My friend made a deal with the insurance company and returned the money in exchange for the car.
The car thief had made many upgrades to the car including a new sound system, new high end tires and rims, a beefed up suspension and a few other things.
My friend was overjoyed.
